Welcome to the website of Dursley Town Trust

The Trust is a charity (number 202607) registered with the Charity Commission (www.charitycommission.gov.uk). It is charged with the stewardship of three important buildings in Dursley: the Market House which combines the Town Hall with the Market Hall beneath, Jacob's House, the home of Dursley Town Council, and the Heritage Centre, which contains information, images and artifacts from Dursley's past.

The Town Trust meets once every two months.  Some members take on responsibility for individual projects, such as our fund raising calendar, putting in bids for grant monies or making/selling cakes once a month at the Farmers' Market.  To find out more about how to get involved with the work of the Trust, please use the contact details shown on this site.

Every year Dursley Town Trust produces and sell the local Calendar for Dursley and Cam. The calendar for 2014 is now on sale at local shops in Dursley and Cam and at the Heritage Centre in Dursley. It has pictures of local views and buildings with all photographs taken by local people. It sells for £4.80.  Copies can also be ordered from Mike Doughty via md@space-image.demon.co.uk (postage extra).
